Welcome to St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Crockett!
We are located at 800 Pomona Street and we are a parish of the Episcopal Diocese of California and Episcopal Church USA!
We welcome and embrace all children of God and invite all people to join our community for Holy Mass every Sunday at 9 a.m.
Our Sunday Mass is a celebration of the Holy Eucharist according to The Book of Common Prayer. We celebrate the Holy Eucharist according to Rite 1, using traditional language during the seasons of Advent and Lent and celebrate according to Rite 2, using contemporary language, during the other seasons. In addition we have many special services throughout the church year and our evening services are usually followed by a dinner in our parish hall. We celebrate Christmas, The Epiphany of our Lord on Jan 6th at 6:00pm, Candlemass on Feb 2nd at 6:00pm, Ash Wednesday at 6:00pm, Holy week services, including Maundy Thursday at 6:00pm and Good Friday at 6:00pm leading up to our Easter celebration. In addition, we will The Feast of All Saints on Nov 1st at 6:00pm.
Sunday School is available for children of all ages; Mrs. Gina Faldetta and Mrs. Jennifer Cesmat, Sunday School teachers. We have coffee hour after worship in St. Mark’s Parish Hall and we offer coffee, tea and baked goods along with small town charm and hospitality. We offer pastoral offices, Weddings and Funerals, for current active members of St. Mark's. As our priest works full-time, in addition to serving our parish, we are unable to offer pastoral offices to non-members.
Grace to you and Peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ!
Best wishes, Father Christian Anton Lehrer, priest-in-charge.
